Screening Process
Molly Brown is dedicated to thoroughly test, screen, and interview each applicant. We spend several hours during the initial testing and interview to ensure we know our temporary employees’ strengths, goals, communication style and other tangibles that are critical in making successful placements.

Each applicant is tested using “Prove It!”. This software allows us to test applicants on their general office skills, but also provide training opportunities to our personnel to help them become more proficient in their skills. We view this as an investment in both our employees and clients.

General clerical testing consists of:
Keyboarding, Clerical Aptitude and Accuracy.

Software testing and training include:
Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
